$500 fix engagement — what we promise.

7 days from receipt of your first $250 (the pre-pay), we ship a preview of every fix ready for your review. Most engagements close inside 5 days; 7 is the contractual ceiling.

If we miss the 7-day window without a written extension you accepted, the engagement is automatically eligible for a full refund — no questions, no haggling.

• Every critical and high severity finding from your audit, remediated. We do not cherry-pick easy wins — the full critical + high set is the scope.
• 2 revisions included. Send change requests after preview; we ship updated artifacts within 2 business days per revision.
• A 60-day Pro grant starting on the day of pre-pay. No card on file, no auto-renewal — activate before it expires to keep Pro at $49/mo.
• Plain-English explanation of every change so your team understands what shipped.

$250 up front, $250 on delivery — total $500. The first $250 puts your engagement into the build queue. The remaining $250 unlocks the implementation files.

Files are gated until the second payment clears. You see the list of fixes shipped (count + titles) before paying the second $250; the actual recipes / code / artifacts unlock once the final $250 is settled.

We deliver the engagement as scoped or refund your pre-pay. If we cannot ship a critical/high finding for a technical reason outside your environment, we’ll either descope that finding (with your acknowledgement) or refund the pre-pay in full.

Once we mark the engagement admin_pushed (artifacts ready for review), the pre-pay is non-refundable — the work has been delivered.

• Implementation on your live site. We deliver artifacts (HTML / JSON / config) ready for your team or webmaster to deploy.
