The Shift is operated by counderscore (the “Company”), a Delaware entity, at counderscore-theshift.com. Contact: hello@counderscore-theshift.com.

The Shift audits your site’s visibility across Google search, answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok), and local/geo search. We score where you’re strong and where you’re losing answers, and we offer a paid $500 fix engagement to ship the remediations for you.

Free audits are limited per day per visitor. Pro adds weekly re-scans, multi-engine LLM polling, and competitor tracking. The $500 service engagement is a separate one-time purchase.

Use The Shift to audit sites you own or have explicit permission to audit. Do not:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish our findings, recipes, or report copy.
• Resell the service or our LLM citation outputs without a written agreement.
• Run automated audits against domains you don’t own — the quota system enforces this; circumventing it is grounds for termination.
• Probe, scan, or attack our infrastructure outside of an authorised security disclosure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

Pre-launch service-warranty applies: we deliver the engagement as scoped or refund the pre-pay. Pro subscriptions are refundable per the Refund Policy. Detailed timelines and edge cases live there.

We update these terms when the product changes. The “Updated” date in the footer reflects the current revision. Material changes are announced via email to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.
